The Air Max Pre-Day is inspired by the late-1970s while utilizing modern details. Durable fabric lays the foundation for the pair’s upper, which boasts a straightforward layout in comparison to other Air Max designs. It is constructed with recycled materials, including recycled polyester, synthetic leather on the overlays, and a canvas upper. The standout detail is the tooling, which includes a portion of the midsole hollowed-out to showcase its Air unit along with part of the outsole using Nike’s Grind rubber made from repurposed foams.
