Paying homage to the 150-year-old Mexican tradition, this Nike Air Force 1 features a Metallic Silver leather upper highlighted with an oversized patent leather mask-inspired lace shroud. Predominantly clad in a shimmering silver arrangement, the latest take on the Nike Sportswear classic indulges in alternating red and green branding and an all-white sole unit. Shrouds at the laces, however, animate the pair to a whole new level, resembling half of a mask that might be worn by Mexican wrestlers as part of the 150+-year-old sport. Looking closer, this Nike Air Force 1 comes highlighted with Metallic Silver leather on the upper along with a large patent leather mask lace shroud. Special Chrome studs are attached at the lateral ankle atop a solid White AF1 rubber sole with mismatched Swooshes and “Lucha Libre” branded insoles completes the design. To complete the looks, metal Lucha Libre buttons are found at the top eyelet to secure the shroud in place. Special black Nike tongue logs are placed onto the tongues while a white rubber Air Force 1 midsole and outsole are placed underneath to complete the new rendition.
