The 1996 NBA All-Star uniforms have been labeled as one of the most unique jerseys for the event in the history of the NBA. Most notable for its teal color and cartoon-like font, the jerseys are now one of the most sought-after vintage merch from that year’s All-Star game. Looking back at one of the most memorable All-Star games in NBA history, the 75th Anniversary collection will be honoring the 1996 All-Star game and the special uniforms the Players wore. Starring San Antonie 90’s colors, the jerseys are look back upon as one of the best AS game uniforms which only make sense to shine light on during the 75th Anniversary series. Unlike the options previous, the “Fiesta” forgoes paying homage to a team directly. Rather, the colorway opts to instill a larger sense of nostalgia, reminding long-time fans of the 1996 All-Star game. Specifically, it draws inspiration from the same-named uniforms worn in San Antonio, referencing the jersey’s bright aesthetic with much subtler pops of blue and orange. It features a White and Grey leather base highlighted with Teal, Orange, and Pink contrasting accents on the sides and heel Swooshes. Finally, the celebratory theme is further evident on the tongue labels and diamond-etched lace dubraes.
