FPAR, which stands for “Forty Percent Against Rights”, believes that once a work is altered beyond 40 percent, the rights to that work don’t exist any more. Reflecting FPAR’s love for skating and their belief that skateboarding and a guerrilla ethos against media can change the world, they’ve chosen to add their alterations to the classic SB Blazer Low. The FPAR x Nike SB Blazer Low features an all-over Cool Grey and Wolf Grey color scheme constructed out of a smooth suede upper placed alongside the tumbled leather Swoosh, FPAR-branded heel tab, and exotic pattern placement. From there, the shoes show off a bit of a wild side as the forefoot overlays, Swooshes and heels have been fashioned with snakeskin textures, all of which are dialed to a “Cool Grey” tone. On the exterior, Nike SB and FPAR branding splits between the left and right shoes in the form of jeweled lace dubraes and embroidered text on the heels. Moreover, you’ll find the right shoe’s tongue graced with a Nike SB hit while the left side’s tongue has been flipped inside out.
