Paul George’s third signature shoe pays tribute to Kobe Bryant’s legacy with the PG 3 EP “Mamba Mentality.” The Nike PG3 silhouette — though oft-seen in many monochrome interpretations — is joining the Mamba Day celebrations in a colorway of vibrant mosaics and luxe finishes. What ensues, in fitting fashion, is a sea of diverse influence, using Kobe Bryant’s signature tones throughout its patterned upper. Geometric prints, which utilize various neutrals in balancing fashion, act as a perfect compliment to the matte black overlays that gather its molded visage from the likeness of moon craters. Outsoles beam in their bright yellow appearance in connection to the striped laces and inner liner. Dressed in a Multi-Color and Opti Yellow color scheme. The shoe is highlighted with a jagged abstract pattern covering the entire upper with a large Gold Swoosh on the midfoot. A flecked Black/Yellow laces atop a White midsole and Yellow outsole gives off that Lakers vibe.
